ConServ Partners was formed by Stephen Davis a 25+ year construction veteran. Among Stephen's abilities are estimating, project management, operational management, assistance with buy-out and help with billings (e.g. AIA G702/703).

Stephen has worked or consulted on several extremely high profile projects including The Bellagio, New York New York, Paris, Mandalay Bay, The Venetian (all in Las Vegas, NV); the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; the Ontario Airport in Ontario, CA; The Benaroya Concert Hall in Seattle, WA; Intel Fabrication Campus/Class 1 Cleanroom in Hillsboro, OR; Schofield Barracks in Honolulu, HI; EDS World Headquarters in Plano, TX to name a few.

ConServ Partners also has two other estimators with a combined 50-years of experience ready to work for you. For privacy concerns the other estimators will remain unnamed for the time being.
